The service provided by Heenok Technology Limited allows you to discover, watch, create, share, sell videos, text, audios, products and other content that may be provided as features for people to connect, inform and inspire others across the globe, and acts as a distribution platform for original content creators. We provide lots of information about our products and services on how to use them on Heenok Blog & Support Center.
The content on the Service includes videos, audio (for example music and other sounds), graphics, photos, text (such as comments and scripts), branding (including trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos), interactive features, software, metrics, and other materials whether provided by you, Heenok or a third party (collectively, “Content”). Content may be provided to the Service and distributed by our users and Heenok is a provider of hosting services for such Content. Content is the responsibility of the person or entity that provides it to the Service. If you see any Content you believe does not comply with this Agreement, such as by violating the Platform Guidelines or the law, you can report it to us.
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails, texts, or notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be to you. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link and alternatively, you can send us as email on support@heenok.com.
Heenok is constantly changing and improving the Service. As part of this continual evolution, we may make modifications (to all or part of the Service) such as adding or removing features and functionalities, offering new digital content or services or discontinuing old ones. We may also need to alter or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, in order to make performance or security improvements, make changes to comply with law, or prevent illegal activities on or abuse of our systems. These changes may affect all users, some users or even an individual user. When the Service requires or includes downloadable software, that software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available, subject to your device settings. If we make material changes that negatively impact your use of the Service, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice, except in urgent
situations such as preventing abuse, responding to legal requirements, or addressing security and operating ability issues.

You must not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content obtained through our services without our express written permission.
Furthermore, any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding our services will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use such feedback at our discretion, without any obligation to compensate you or provide any acknowledgement.
You may remove your Content from the Service at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a backup of your Content before removal. You must remove your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms.
If we reasonably believe that any of your Content is in breach of this Agreement may cause harm to Heenok, our users, or third parties, we reserve the right to remove or take down some or all of such Content. We will notify you with the reason for our action unless we reasonably believe that to do so:
(a) would violate the law or the direction of a legal enforcement authority, or would otherwise risk legal liability for Heenok or our Affiliates;
(b) would compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the Service; or
(c) would cause harm to any user, other third party, Heenok or our Affiliates.
Certain features of our services may require payments. If you wish to purchase any product or service through our Service, you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to update such information as necessary.
By providing this information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method associated with the purchase, and that all information you supply is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Please be aware that we may use third-party services to process payments and complete your purchase. By submitting your payment information, you consent to us sharing your details with these third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion. Reasons for such actions may include, but are not limited to, issues with product or service availability, errors in product or service descriptions or pricing, inaccuracies in your order, or other concerns. Additionally, we may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise illegal activity.
Please note that we cannot reverse Transaction Fees, as all purchases are final.
We reserve the right to change our fees for paid services. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription or service if you do not agree to the new fees. Your subscription will expire at the date of your next billing plan.
Our Fee is calculated as 15% on all transactions for creators and may be adjusted from time to time. A charge of 3% + #50 is also charged when a wallet is being funded by a fan, this is to provide uninterrupted support to all users 24/7 and may be adjusted from time to time.
If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and may suspend your account. To request a chargeback, contact our customer support within 7 days of the transaction. Provide transaction details and any supporting documents. We review all chargeback requests and may impose penalties for abuse including forfeiture of funds. For assistance, reach us at support@heenok.com. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
The amount involved will be refunded to your wallet. Please note that Transaction Fees are not refundable.
At Heenok, we prioritize the safety, security, and privacy of our users and creators. To maintain a trusted environment for all interactions, we strongly recommend that all messaging and transactions between users, creators, and other parties occur exclusively through the Heenok platform.

Privacy: Communications within the platform remain private and are
safeguarded against external threats.
Accountability: Transactions and interactions that take place on Heenok can

Policy Enforcement: Heenok takes this policy seriously and will review violations on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the breach, appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with our Terms of Service and Platform Guidelines.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can also request to delete your Heenok account, which will involve closing your account and removing your data.
Heenok reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to all or part of the Service if:
(a) you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement;
(b) we are required to do so to comply with legal requirements or a court order; or
(c) we reasonably believe that your conduct creates liability or harm to any user, a third party, Heenok, or our affiliates.
We will notify you of the reason for termination or suspension unless we reasonably believe that doing so:
(a) would violate the law or a directive from a legal enforcement authority;
(b) would compromise an investigation;
(c) would affect the integrity, operation, or security of the Service; or
(d) would cause harm to any user, third party, Heenok, or our affiliates.
Creators using our platform must adhere to our content guidelines and policies. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through our services. Heenok Technology Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.
Creators on Heenok.link must adhere to our community standards and content guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heenok Technology Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services.
Our services are controlled and operated from Nigeria. If you access our services from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users from the European Union, for instance, may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which we strive to respect and adhere to.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
