Description
We’re seeking a Finance Officer to oversee all financial operations of Heenok Technology Limited. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth management of company finances, including budgeting, reporting, and the accurate and timely payment of creators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle all aspects of creator payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial tools, principles, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting and finance software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
