At Heenok, we prioritize fairness and transparency to protect both users and creators. This policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, digital products, and other transactions on the platform.

1. Refunds for Subscriptions

  1. First-Time Subscriptions: Refunds may be granted for first-time subscription payments if requested within 5 days of the payment date and if the subscription benefits have not been extensively used.
  2. Recurring Subscriptions:
    • Refunds are not provided for recurring subscription payments.
    • Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime to avoid future charges.
  3. Unauthorized Payments:
    • Refunds may be considered for subscription payments proven to be unauthorized after investigation.

2. Refunds for Digital Products

  1. Eligibility: Refunds for digital products are only considered if:
    • The product was not delivered.
    • The product is defective or significantly different from the description.
  2. Non-Refundable:
    • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used.
    • Content that fulfills the purchase description as agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
  3. Dispute Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Tips and Gifts

  • Non-Refundable: Tips and gifts sent to creators are considered voluntary and non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Users are encouraged to send tips or gifts only when fully certain of their decision.

4. Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be credited to the user’s Heenok Wallet.
  2. Wallet credits can be used for future transactions within the platform but cannot be withdrawn to an external account.

5. Submitting a Refund Request

To request a refund:

  1. Visit Heenok Help Center.
  2. Provide the transaction ID, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant supporting documents.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the specifics of each case.
  • Heenok reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

7. Final Decisions
